Overview

The Development Office

Box Hill School’s Development Office was created in January 2011 by the Board of Governors to act as an important link between the school and the wider Box Hill School community of former pupils, past and current parents, ex-staff and other friends of the school.

The Development Office’s primary aims are to:

  • Encourage and support a vibrant Box Hill School community through regular communications and a wide range of events, which will benefit past, present and future pupils
  • Raise funds for the school’s development programme, which includes providing new and upgrading current educational facilities, purchasing new equipment, and increasing the number and value of bursaries available for gifted and talented pupils

The Development Office also manages and administers all activities for our thriving alumni association – Old Boxhillians – including organising reunions (UK and overseas) and events, managing the members’ website, communications, social media, and producing publications such as 'Out of the Box' the Old Boxhillian's news letter.

In addition to the above, we are also in the process of setting up a Careers Network Programme for the Sixth Form and Old Boxhillians, working in conjunction with our alumni and both past and current parents.
